All CORE+ eligible products are delivered to site with no delivery charge, regardless of order size.

This includes:

• Pallets of insulation, plasterboard, or timber

• Smaller top-up orders like bags of gravel or cement

• One-off orders or frequent repeat buys

If a product is included, delivery is free - no exceptions. Look out for the CORE badge on product pages to see what’s covered. *Equivalent products must be accepted on checkout to qualify for free delivery

Important information about delivery areas

Due to the remoteness of certain locations, we may be unable to offer free delivery on CORE+ products to the following postcode areas: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD. If your orders are regularly delivered to one of these areas and free delivery cannot be provided, we’ll refund your CORE+ subscription in full.
